Fleet Maintenance

Breakdowns are optional.
Maintenance isn't.

Most roadside failures start as a wear item somebody didn't catch. We build recurring commercial fleet maintenance programs for Space Coast businesses, run them at your yard, and track every unit so problems get fixed on your schedule, not on the shoulder of I-95.

How It Works

A maintenance program, not a punch list.

Fleet Walkthrough

We look at your vehicles, mileage, duty cycle, and current maintenance history — and flag anything already overdue.

PM Schedule Built

Each unit gets service intervals that match how it's actually used. Hard-worked trucks get tighter intervals; light-duty units don't get over-serviced.

We Show Up

Service happens at your yard, on recurring visits, around your dispatch schedule. Multiple units per visit keeps cost per truck down.

Tracked & Documented

Every PM and inspection is recorded per unit. You get findings, recommendations, and records that hold up for DOT, warranty, and resale.

What's Included

PM services that actually prevent.

A PM visit is more than an oil change. Every service includes a working inspection by a tech who knows what fails on commercial vehicles — and what it costs when it does.

  • Engine oil and filter service, fuel and air filters
  • All fluids checked, topped, or replaced on interval
  • Brake measurement and wear reporting
  • Battery, charging system, and lighting checks
  • Belts, hoses, steering, suspension, and driveline inspection
  • Tire condition and pressure across every axle
  • Leak checks — oil, coolant, fuel, and air systems
  • Written findings with prioritized recommendations
Why It Pays

Planned repairs beat emergency repairs. Every time.

/ 01

Fewer Roadside Failures

Wear items get replaced in the yard on your schedule — not by a tow truck at 2 a.m. with a load on the deck.

/ 02

Lower Cost Per Repair

A brake job caught at inspection costs a fraction of a brake failure. Planned work is cheaper work.

/ 03

Predictable Budgeting

Recurring PM turns maintenance from surprise invoices into a number you can actually plan around.

/ 04

Inspection-Ready Records

When DOT or an insurance auditor asks for maintenance records, you hand them a file — not an excuse.

/ 05

Longer Vehicle Life

Consistently maintained trucks run longer, resell higher, and spend more of their life earning.

/ 06

One Point of Contact

One provider who knows your fleet's history beats a different shop every breakdown.

Fleet accounts

We take on small business fleets, contractor fleets, and municipal accounts of any size — from three vans to a full yard. Recurring service, priority response when something does go down, and pricing that reflects the volume. Ask about a fleet account when you call.

Questions

About fleet maintenance programs.

How many vehicles do I need for a fleet account?

There is no minimum that locks you out. We take on small business fleets, contractor fleets, and municipal accounts of any size — from three vans to a full yard.

Plenty of accounts start with one repair or one PM visit and grow from there.

What is actually included in a PM visit?

Engine oil and filter service, fuel and air filters, all fluids checked or replaced on interval, brake measurement and wear reporting, battery, charging system and lighting checks, belts, hoses, steering, suspension and driveline inspection, tyre condition and pressure across every axle, and leak checks on oil, coolant, fuel, and air systems.

Every visit finishes with written findings and prioritised recommendations — not just a sticker on the windscreen.

How are service intervals decided?

We start with a fleet walkthrough: your vehicles, mileage, duty cycle, and current maintenance history, flagging anything already overdue. Each unit then gets intervals that match how it is actually used.

Hard-worked trucks get tighter intervals; light-duty units do not get over-serviced, which is where a lot of fleet maintenance money gets wasted.

Will the records hold up for a DOT audit?

That is what they are built for. Every PM and inspection is recorded per unit — findings, work performed, and recommendations — so when DOT, an insurance auditor, or a buyer asks for maintenance records, you hand them a file.

The same records support warranty claims and improve resale value.

Does servicing at our yard cost more than a shop?

Generally the opposite, once you count the whole cost. A shop visit costs you the driver's time, the fuel, and the day the unit is out of rotation — and sometimes a tow.

We service multiple units per visit at your yard, around your dispatch schedule, which keeps the cost per truck down.
