Mobile diesel mechanic in
Melbourne, Florida.

Melbourne runs on working vehicles — delivery routes off US-1, contractor trucks moving between Suntree and West Melbourne, and equipment on sites all along the Wickham and Sarno corridors. When one of them stops, we bring the diagnostics, the tools, and the common parts to it instead of putting it on a lowboy.

Where We Work

Covering Melbourne and everything around it.

We are a mobile operation — there is no shop for you to drive to, and no tow bill to pay. A service truck comes to your yard, your job site, or wherever the unit stopped. We cover the entire Space Coast, so if you are just outside the areas below, call anyway — it is almost certainly still our territory.

Questions

Mobile diesel service in Melbourne — answered.

Do you come to me in Melbourne, or do I bring the truck somewhere?

We come to you. X-Pert Fleet Solutions is a mobile operation — our service vehicles carry the diagnostic equipment, tooling, and common parts to handle most repairs at your yard, job site, or on the roadside anywhere in Melbourne and West Melbourne.

That saves the tow bill and the day a driver would otherwise spend sitting in a shop waiting room.

How fast can you get to a breakdown in Melbourne?

Melbourne is one of the two cities we work in most, so it gets our quickest turnaround. Call (321) 312-7430 and we will tell you honestly when a truck can be there.

Our hours are Monday to Thursday 8am–4pm and Friday 10am–4pm, with weekends by appointment. We are not a 24-hour emergency service, but when we can take a call-out outside those hours a $250 emergency fee applies. Scheduled work during normal hours does not carry it.

What kinds of vehicles and equipment do you work on?

Commercial trucks, box trucks, delivery vans, contractor and service bodies, commercial trailers, diesel pickups, and municipal fleet units. On the equipment side: excavators, skid steers, wheel loaders, backhoes, forklifts, boom and scissor lifts, generators, and air compressors.

If it is a diesel or a commercial vehicle that earns its keep, it is in our lane.

Do you handle fleet accounts, or only one-off repairs?

Both. Plenty of customers start with a single repair and move to a recurring preventive maintenance schedule once they see the paperwork. We take on small business fleets, contractor fleets, and municipal accounts — from three vans to a full yard — with multi-unit visits, priority response, and volume pricing.

Every PM and inspection is recorded per unit, so your maintenance file is ready when DOT, an insurer, or a buyer asks for it.

Will I get a price before the work starts?

Yes. We diagnose first, explain the actual cause in plain language, and give you a written quote. Nothing gets repaired until you approve it.

If a repair is not worth doing on a particular truck, we will tell you that too.

Do you fix the known 6.7 Powerstroke and Cummins failures in Melbourne?

Yes, and at flat installed prices. The 6.7L Powerstroke CP4 pump, the 6.7L Cummins grid heater bolt, the LML Duramax CP4.2, and the 68RFE transmission cooler bypass are all documented factory weak points that we fix before they take out an engine, fuel system, or transmission.

Pricing for every one of them is published on our Known Failures pages.
