Hydraulic Systems
Hoses, cylinders, pumps, valves, and diagnostics — the full hydraulic circuit, repaired where the machine sits.
Hydraulic Services →Excavators, skid steers, loaders, forklifts, and lifts don't earn anything on a lowboy headed to a shop. X-Pert Fleet Solutions brings heavy equipment repair and full mobile hydraulic service to job sites across Florida's Space Coast.
If it digs, lifts, hauls, or powers a job site, our mobile technicians work on it — diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical, and the wear items in between. Commercial trailers included.
Hydraulic failures stop machines cold, and downtime on a leased or scheduled machine costs real money. We diagnose and repair hydraulic systems in the field:
Hoses, cylinders, pumps, valves, and diagnostics — the full hydraulic circuit, repaired where the machine sits.
Hydraulic Services →Hard starts, derates, overheating, and power loss on equipment diesel engines — diagnosed with proper tooling.

Excavators, skid steers, wheel loaders, backhoes, forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, generators, air compressors, agricultural and utility equipment, and commercial trailers.
If it digs, lifts, hauls, or powers a job site, it is in scope — engine, hydraulics, electrical, and the wear items in between.
Yes. On-site hose replacement is routine work for us, along with leak diagnosis, cylinder repair and resealing, pump replacement, and valve and component repair.
We pressure test and isolate the fault first, because replacing a hose that failed for a different reason just means a second breakdown.

We are not a 24-hour emergency service. Our hours are Monday to Thursday 8am–4pm and Friday 10am–4pm, with weekends by appointment, and a call-out outside those hours carries a $250 emergency fee when we can accommodate it.
Yes — interval-based preventive maintenance for equipment fleets, covering fluids, filters, grease, and inspections on your schedule.
Scheduled equipment PM is considerably cheaper than the unplanned hydraulic failure it prevents.
Tell us the machine, the symptom, and the site — we'll bring the repair to it.
