Mobile fleet maintenance, diesel engine repair, heavy equipment service, and hydraulics — performed at your Space Coast yard, job site, or roadside. If it keeps a truck or machine off the job, it's our problem to solve.
Seven service categories, one mobile provider. Every job documented per unit.
Book a mobile diagnostic visit. We'll put a tech on the unit, find the actual cause, and give you a straight quote before any repair begins.
Request a Diagnostic →Derates, warning lights, hard starts, power loss, smoke, fuel issues — diesel problems get expensive fast when shops guess. Our mobile diesel mechanics serve Melbourne, Palm Bay, and all of Florida's Space Coast: we diagnose first, quote straight, and repair what's actually broken.
Injectors, high-pressure pumps, lift pumps, filters, lines, and contamination cleanup on common-rail systems — including CP4 failures.
CP4 Services →Cranking and charging systems, wiring faults, corroded grounds, parasitic draws, sensor failures, and intermittent electrical gremlins.
Request Service →Check-engine lights, limp mode, and emissions-related derates diagnosed with proper scan tooling and live data — not code-clearing and hoping.
Request Service →Overheating, coolant loss, belts, hoses, water pumps, and the mechanical wear items that take diesels down under load.
Request Service →
Throwing parts at a diesel is how a $400 problem becomes a $4,000 invoice. Our process is built to protect your repair budget:
If a repair isn't worth doing on a given truck, we'll tell you that too. Fleet managers make better calls with honest numbers.
Request a DiagnosticFord Powerstroke, RAM Cummins, GM Duramax, the diesel and gas engines in box trucks, vans, and medium-duty commercial vehicles — plus the diesel engines in skid steers, excavators, generators, and other heavy equipment.
Some diesel failures are not bad luck — they are engineered-in weak points that take out engines, fuel systems, and transmissions on schedule. We fix those before they cost you a truck: 6.7L Powerstroke CP4 pumps, 6.7L Cummins grid heater bolts, LML Duramax CP4 pumps, and 68RFE cooler bypass valves. See known failures and pricing →
Prevention kits from $1,400, DCR pump conversion at $4,700, and full post-failure fuel system rebuilds. Fits 2011–2024 Ford 6.7L.
CP4 & DCR Services →Banks Monster-Ram intake and Killer Grid Heater upgrade — removes the bolt that drops into cylinder six. $1,950 installed, on sale now, against $32,650 for a replacement engine.
Grid Heater Fix →Retire the CP4.2 on a 2011–2016 6.6L LML before it grenades the fuel system. No-tune CP3 conversion from $4,700 installed, or the full contamination kit at $12,000.
CP3 Conversion →The factory thermal bypass chokes cooler flow and cooks the transmission. Billet full-flow replacement from $500 installed, with deep pan bundles at $1,500.
Cooler Bypass →Full PM service on site. A visit covers engine oil and filter, fuel and air filters, all fluids, brake measurement, battery and charging checks, belts, hoses, steering, suspension and driveline inspection, tyres across every axle, and leak checks — finishing with written findings.
Multiple units in one visit is normal and keeps the cost per truck down.
Ford Powerstroke, RAM Cummins, and GM Duramax, plus the diesel and gas engines in box trucks, vans, and medium-duty commercial vehicles — and the diesel engines in skid steers, excavators, generators, and other heavy equipment.
We also specialise in the documented factory failure points on those platforms, at flat installed prices.
Usually, yes. Derates, check-engine lights, and emissions faults are diagnosed with proper scan tooling and live data rather than clearing codes and hoping. Once we know the actual cause, most repairs happen on the spot.
If a repair genuinely needs a shop environment, we will tell you that rather than burning your money in the field.
Yes — minor fabrication, bracket repair, structural repairs, equipment attachment repairs, and trailer or body repairs.
It is field-level work rather than a fab shop, so tell us what you need and we will say honestly whether it is in scope.
Down units get priority on our schedule across the Space Coast. Call (321) 312-7430 and we will give you a straight answer on timing rather than an optimistic one.
We are not a 24-hour emergency service. Our hours are Monday to Thursday 8am–4pm and Friday 10am–4pm, with weekends by appointment, and a call-out outside those hours carries a $250 emergency fee when we can accommodate it.
Tell us the unit, the symptom, and the location — we'll handle the rest.
